About the role

The Senior Digital Strategist will have overall responsibility for a portfolio of multi-service clients’ strategy and results. The candidate will be required to understand each client's business needs and work with them to build digital strategies and marketing approaches to help them achieve their objectives. While working with a team of channel specialists, you will be responsible for client’s digital growth and overall satisfaction

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and execute impactful multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Work with clients across Social Media Content Strategy, SEO, Google Analytics and Paid Advertising to optimise performance
  • To act as the main point of contact for several key clients, helping to consultant on, develop and communicate work plans
  • Foster and grow relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate complex strategy and campaign results
  • Identify new opportunities for digital/social innovation, enforce processes, provide quality assurance and implement best practices across all engagements
  • Manage digital strategy, execution, measurement and optimization of large campaigns
  • Integrate digital initiatives across multiple platforms and channels
  • Collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated digital strategies across bottom, mid and top of funnel
  • Collaborate with and mentor team members with a focus on strategic insights, digital content creation, platform and community management, analytics and reporting

Knowledge & Experience ·                

  • Minimum tertiary education preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in digital marketing
  • Strong competency and experience in creating omni-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge (ideally working) of some, if not all channels; paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, CRO, content marketing and email marketing
  • Experience in Google Analytics and/or other analytics-based tools
  • Strong commercial acumen and have a real passion for data
  • A proven track record in finding efficiencies with spend and reducing fees
  • Experience in both lead generation and e-commerce highly regarded
  • Experience in areas such as CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Brand/Campaign Strategy, PR, UX, User Research, Media Planning or other media channels is beneficial, but not required
